I've been meaning to circle back and investigate getting these "signed 
jar group" reports into tattletale.  Just haven't found the time to 
start the conversation yet.   By the way, great work on tattletale.  
Would have been difficult to do the analysis I've done so far without 
it.  Quite a handy tool.

Yes, I think this will be the most likely approach to the refactoring.  
Take it a bit at a time with specific jiras.
