Actually, looking at org.jboss.reloaded.naming.*, the naming ENCFactory 
is only used for legacy purposes. Any type of EE component namespace 
accessor spi would have to be in jboss-reloaded-naming. I'll take a look 
introducing it there and getting a JNDIView working there and create a 
JBREFLECT issue as needed.
