[jboss-dev] MC 2.2.x update

I just released a new Kernel 2.2.0.Alpha2 which restores this 'new 
ControllerState'.

I didn't yet find the time to do explicit excludes of MC 2.0.x.
Some help welcome ... wink wink. ;-)
