[jboss-dev] How do you guys function?

FYI for those not otherwise inclined to follow the nitty gritty of the 
AS build process on Jaikiran's forum thread. Paul has posted what seems 
to me to be excellent advice for how to deal with maven snapshots in 
general. Worth a look:
