[jboss-dev] FreeNode IRC upgrade

Users of FreeNode IRC should be aware that on Saturday, they're going to be 
migrating to a new ircd.  They seem optimistic about it but I'm sure it 
will mean at least several hours of outage, and possible issues for the 
following week or two.
