[jboss-dev] Reorganizing Javaee Spec Projects - Update

All modules that currently exist in the jboss-javaee project have been released
with version 1.0.0.Beta1.   Additional work on this task is documented here:

Taking longer than anticipated.  Working on the last couple of modules -
mvn release plugin not consistently cooperating.

We've finished the refactoring and Shelly is releasing the spec jars and POMs today.
