Added reference to definition from ScopeInstance. 
Reenabled lazy loading for Nodes. 
Fixed overlapping problem between Scope.root and StructuredActivity.nodes associations. The Activity.compositeActivity association cannot be shared as the inverse of the two associations mentioned earlier.
Fixed column name overlap in Alarm: CreateTimerAction already uses column REPEAT_.
