jar-versions.xml file needs to be downloaded to JBoss installation folder even if the user chooses Run installer option.

jar-versions.xml file is getting downloaded only if the user choose download option. If the user choose "Run Installer" option then jar-versions.xml does not download into install folder.

jar-versions.xml file needs to be downloaded in any type of installation either download or run installer.
