I  would change the subject to "a good search engine". Since there seems to be one that does not always return results (experienced by me and other posters). The other thing is that it should by default use an AND search insted of an OR. The current behaviour is different from e.g. google and leads to frustrated users and indirectly frustrated forum moderators
