The callback server wasn't getting the serialization type.  Added a remoting.metadata.callback parameter that gets passed as a system value to the test case, in addition to the remoting.metadata parameter.  Previously, the multiplex performance tests used remoting.metadata.callback in place of remoting.metadata.
