This could potentially be added to jboss-app.xml indicating that all the EJBs 
inside an ejb module are clustered. The ejb module settings are defined 
in application.xml though, so I'm not sure how viable would be. 

I guess you could add an ejb module to jboss-app.xml and set it to clustered 
true, making all the EJBs inside that jar clustered.
