To reproduce:
- Start JBoss A
- Start JBoss B
- Look at view (service view) of A: {A,B}
- Kill B (no graceful shutdown)
- Look at service view of A: *still* {A,B}; should be {A}
SOLUTION: handle view change, adjust service view for left members
