This is certainly a "bug" from Sun, but given that the javamail/jaf update was done to handle the licensing issue and in case of a javax.mail.MessagingException mismatch, we can always downgrade to the older versions (we didn't make other changes to the codebase AFAIK), I'd prefer to keep the updates and exclude those classes from the test.
