Looks like a lot of cluster tests were failing due to missing jbossws.sar. The ejb3 tests build their cluster config off the cluster config created in the main AS testsuite.  The jbossws.sar wasn't included there; I've added it; hopefully that will resolve a bunch of failures. Don't have time to run the tests myself right now to check.
