For backward compatibility, we should have support for an org.jboss.jmx.adaptor.rmi.RMIAdaptorExt binding in JNDI that legacy clients such as the testsuite can make use of. This needs to layer on top of the org.jboss.mx.remoting.service.JMXConnectorServerService.
