You need to provide a lot more detail than this, especially:

- The configuration you used for JBoss Cache
- The cache provider used with Hibernate 
- Perhaps a stack trace of your error?  

Also, please use the discussion forums first before creating and filing JIRA tasks - saves on creating unnecessary dupes.
