I have a process variable viewer put in, but I haven't started the variable update screen yet.  Task forms can include JSF converters to convert between the display type and the stored type.  Perhaps we need to somehow formalize this converter logic so that this screen can also take advantage of it.

Or else we could just allow editing variables of certain types... or we could try to take advantage of the process variable converter object.
