This is working fine. I downloaded 1.4.1.BETA dist. from SourceForge and I ran both tutorials fine. From reading the post on the forum, I think the user is trying to run the demo in 1.4.1.BETA from within 1.4.0.SP1 with the wrong path to the ant runtime. Therefore ant complains about finding the right runtime libraries and he gets the ant exception. I'll respond to his post on the forum to help him correct the issue.
