OS: Winodw XP SP2 Simple Chinese ,IE6
Portal :jboss-portal-2.4.0-CR2
Location:zh-ch

Action:
1,log in as admin
2,create a new html page in CMS
3,fill in title and contain,both content some chinese!!!!
4,save and view

result:
1,the title is fine
2,the content is miss!!!!
