It seems that MultiplexInvokerShutdownTestCase is failing because once the client finishes, TestDriver unilaterally shuts down the server.  In the case of MultiplexInvokerShutdownTestCase, the server also has a test method, which isn't given enough time to finish, so the test fails and reports " Got server results = false".
