removing from current scope.

the xml for instances should be located in the same -wsrp.xml and the invoker used would implicitely be the one just deployed but I foresee the following issues :

1/ impossible to know in advance the "handle" of a remote portlet (unlike for portlet war file, where the handle can be guessed from the portlet name).

2/ it's quite hard to implement with the current deployment architecture.
