The existing XARecoveryTest has been re-enabled in the test suite and passes. The test suite itself needs to be parameterized via TransactionManagerLocator class to allow use easily run with both JBossTM and JBossTS as the tx coordinator.

Current issue is with JBossTS and JBMessaging Xids not playing nice together -- JBMessaging.Xid(GID, Branch, Format) not equal JBossTS.XID(GID, Branch, Format)
