JAX-R is the API that developers and the ESB will use to communicate with the registry. The type of information we can store in there at the moment is limited because we don't have full service capabilities. Eventually it'll include contract definitions, as outlined in the forums. But we should try to use the registry as much as possible now and deepen the integration as we evolve the ESB.
