    Description: 
Should be able to specify transformation resources with the following properties:

Message Targeting Details:
1. Message Source EPR
2. Message Destination EPR
3. Message data type (including whether or not the data is character or binary based)

Message Fragment Targeting Details:
1. The "fragment" of the message at which the transformation resource is to be targeted.

Transformation Resource Details:
1. Resource Path (Java class name, xsl file name etc).
2. Resource Properties (a set of properties that drive application of the resource).
