Added a second properties file for testing in product/test/resources, with filename jbossesb-unittest-properties.xml.

When you setup your unitest please run TestUtil.setESBPropertiesFileToUse(). This will set
a System parameter org.jboss.soa.esb.propertyFile with reference to this file.

This way we can have values for testing and different values deployed to production.
