The main issue in Scott's problem was that when using EnableLoadtimeWeaving and integrating with the RepositoryClassLoaders that the call to AspectManager.translate() needed some classes that had not yet been loaded. The AspectManagerService now preloads these classes.

Also, allowed for use of the jrockit-pluggable-instrumentor with the new deployers
