The work involved writing the following parts
 - the protocol supporting the WS-TX1.1 AT and Coordination specifications
 - a web application responsible for initiating the AT interop tests
 - a web service responsible for the participant side of the tests
 - an HTTP proxy responsible for logging and orchestrating some tests

All tests were successfully executed against the other organisations taking part in the interop.
