When creating the WindowContext for the invocation in MarkupHandler, we are relying on the precense of namespacePrefix in the passed RuntimeContext. NamespacePrefix is optional in WSRP 1.0.
On the flip side, we should also provide that information when creating markup requests on the Consumer.
