Rosetta implemented Ftp downloads with a message listener.  This has now changed to a remote directory polling using FTP.  
This implementation has significantly more overhead but is more resilient to network problems.
Ftp uploads use a traditional local DirectoryPoller and the FtpUpload class as 'action class'
