Currently this only works with complex types. In order to be interoperable with MSFT we need to support this. Take a look at the following schema:

	<xs:sequence>
<xs:element minOccurs="0" name="array" nillable="true" type="xs:base64Binary"/>
</xs:sequence>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:element>

The type xs:base64Binary needs be optimized by jbossxb.
