There should be an option in the MDB startup (JMSContainerInvoker)
to activate the jms delivery on a separate thread such that a miss-behaving JMS
implementation does not block the main bootstrap thread.

This already exists in the new jms resource adapter inflow
where the connection to the jms server is executed via the work manager.
