We need to provide an optional attribute to the throwing tag (and to the corrersponding annotation, if it has already been implemented JBAOP-386), so the user can specify an exception type.

This task includes updating:
- advice validation algorithm
- overloaded advice selection algorithm
- documentation (tutorial, reference manual, etc)
