I am facing similer issue with jdk1 6. But at the client side. After accessing bean, the application exception which is thrown by bean not caught by client, instead its giving 

 [org.jboss.remoting.transport.socket.SocketClientInvoker] Got marshalling exception, exiting
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: [Ljava.lang.StackTraceElement;

With JDK1.5 update 11 no issue, works fine. I am using Jboss4.0.4GA
