Enhance the service generation tool to cover the document style when generating a binding element. According to the WS-I Basic Profile, "a document-literal binding  MUST refer only to wsdl:part element(s) that have been defined using the element attribute". Port types that refer to any part defined using the type attribute generate RPC bindings.
