Fer - can you look into this one. I believe the best place is perhaps in ServiceImplementation (there is lots of logging there already).

basically should log: who (user), what (action they were doing), where (the asset id, and name, if possible), when (date and time) and if needed, a description. 
Create a standard log method to take the parameters - just a simple thing in ServiceImplementation. 

NOTE: ONLY log as INFO, and ONLY log actions that save data (not read stuff). 

I estimate just spending 1 day, MAX on this
