Hi,

sorry for the delay.... so I discovered that what makes a difference, at least in reproducing this bug on my system, is you need to select and overwrite the value in the 'name' field on the general panel on the properties dialogue in addition to the steps listed in my original description.  If you do not change the name of the newly added task node, this error does not occurr.
