Reconnection with TCP might not work well

If we use TCP, then a shun followed by an automatic reconnect may not work, as the reconnect will fail to join due to the reincarnation issue (http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JGRP-130).
Investigate whether this works. If it doesn't work, we can possibly run the reconnect in a loop until the rejoin is successful, or until the channel is closed.
