buildmagic cannot be built at all

I have checked out the buildmagic module from CVS but when I run ant in directory tasks I get an error:

Buildfile: build.xml
/home/twerner/debian/build-area/libjboss-build-java-20071201/buildmagic/tools/etc/buildfragments/buildmagic.ent could not be found

BUILD FAILED
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /home/twerner/debian/build-area/libjboss-build-java-20071201/buildmagic/tools/etc/buildfragments/buildmagic.ent (No such file or directory)

There is no directory buildfragments. When I run ./build.sh it is even more strange:

build.sh: *ERROR* The target executable does not exist:
build.sh:
build.sh:    /home/twerner/debian/Build-area/libjboss-build-java-20071201/buildmagic/tools/bin/build.sh
build.sh:
build.sh: Please make sure you have checked out the 'tools' module
build.sh: and make sure it is up to date.

I have checked out the tools module but it does not ship a file 'build.sh'.
