Carlo,

Is this reproducible or was this a one-shot problem you happened to catch?  The thread dump shows an RMI thread blocking in JGroups FLUSH.  This week I want to upgrade JGroups from 2.5.0 to 2.6.1; biggest changes between the 2 are in FLUSH.  Hopefully it's reproducible so if it goes away with the upgrade we can confirm that and understand why.
