1. Login as user
2. Go to configure Dashboard
3. Add a portlet to the left region with 3-column layout and give a name to window
4. Now go to dashboard and rearrange the portlet window. I moved the portlet window on the bottom to the top in left region
5. Go back to dashboard configuration, the ordering does not reflect the changed order in step 4.
