The idea of this feature is to aviod users having to scroll down a huge list of classes if there any many jar on the package he is working.

All classes used by a rule must be in a jar and uploaded to be used (Including the ones in the globals, the ones used on consequences only..).

One of the nice features we think of, is to designate if class (On some administrative portion of BRMS) can be or not used as facts. Only classes allowed to be used as facts should apear on guided editor.
