    Summary: Upgrade to JBoss Cache 1.4.1.SP1  (was: Upgrade to JBoss Cache 1.4.1)

Need to use 1.4.1.SP1, as JBCACHE-955 prevents the Hibernate integration working properly.

1.4.1.SP1 is in QA. I'm going to check a build of the tag into the repository as a snapshot and shift build-thirdparty.xml to use it in order to get the early benefit of the multi-JDK cruisecontrol runs.
