Need to fix the JMSProviderXAResourceRecovery so it doesn't stop giving out XAResources after the first time.

Also need to make sure bridge is configured to use this rather than it's own. I.e. bridge should use configured JMSProvidersAdaptors, and get rid of bridge properties file.

We could specify username and password for now in the JBoss TS config file where we configure the XAResourcRecovery
