XAManagedConnectionFactory does not allow for 'is" form of XADataSource properties

Currently the XAManagedConnectionFactory class does not allow for the 'is" methodName form for getting/setting properties. This has an effect for XADataSources where the property is of type boolean (ie AS400 DB2).
