All of the ScopingUnitTestCase tests are working for me with the current jars:

ant -Dtest=org.jboss.test.classloader.test.ScopingUnitTestCase -Dnojars=t one-test
Buildfile: build.xml

one-test:
    [mkdir] Created dir: C:\svn\JBossAS\Branch_4_2\testsuite\output\log
    [junit] Running org.jboss.test.classloader.test.ScopingUnitTestCase

Total time: 10 seconds

If this is happening in the full run I would assume its the recurring problem of jbosseweb not cleaning up from previous failures.
