A new test of some the internal classes used for ClusteredSSO is launching a JBC instance in the client JVM.  The test has been changed to ensure DummyTransactionManager doesn't get bound in JNDI.

I'll close this issue once I see that the JBAS-4076 and JBAS-4079 failures have gone away.
