uber.diff contains the other patches and restructures MailFolder to provide implementations for both IMAP and POP3 that actually work. 

It introduces a flush flag for POP3 that, by default, will flush the folder on checking it (this is following conventions e.g. fetchmail).

It changes IMAP to use getUnreadMessages as this is a more reliable check.  It marks messages delivered as read.
