setPooledActors in AssignmentHandler doesn't work

I'd implemented  an AssignmentHandler and can´t  to assign a task to several users. Example:

public class TestAssignmentHandler implements AssignmentHandler {

	public void assign(Assignable assignable, ExecutionContext executionContext) throws Exception {

		String[] actors= new String[]{"bert", "ernie"};
		assignable.setActorId(null);
		assignable.setPooledActors(actors);

	}
