    Description: 
ReconnectTests actually pass for both bisocket and HTTP, but the cleanup fails for HTTP, causing the test to hang and timeout. 

All individual tests have been modified to exit for HTTP. They need to be re-enabled, and the HTTP cleanup issue fixed.

Search for JBMESSAGING-858 in the code and re-enable the tests.
