To summarise, the following tests have been commented out until we can deal with some other way:

FailoverTest::testTransactedSessionWithAcknowledgmentsCommitOnFailover
FailoverTest::testFailoverDeliveryRecoveryTransacted

XAFailoverTest::testSendAndReceiveFailBeforePrepare
XAFailoverTest::testSendAndReceiveTwoConnectionsFailBeforePrepare
